Left Luggage in Marrakech: A Traveller's Guide
In Marrakech you have three real options for leaving your bags: your hotel's luggage room if you are a guest, staffed storage in town, or a collection and delivery service. There are no automatic lockers at the station and no storage at the airport. Our two locations, in Guéliz and the medina, open daily 9:00 am to 9:30 pm, from 10 MAD per hour.
The real options, compared
Here is what genuinely exists on the ground, limits included.
- Your hotel or riad: free, but guests only, on departure day, with no insurance or tracking, and tied to reception hours.
- Staffed storage: paid by the hour or day, open to everyone, in a locked room with tracking by reference. That is what we do.
- Collection and delivery: useful when you would rather not detour — we pick your bags up and deliver them to your riad, hotel or the airport.
- Automatic lockers: they do not exist in Marrakech, neither at the station nor at the airport.
Which location to choose
Our Guéliz point is about 650 metres from the ONCF train station — an 8-minute walk. It is the easiest choice if you arrive by train or stay in the new town.
Our Médina point is a 6-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna square. Pick this one if you are staying in a riad, to avoid dragging a suitcase through the souk alleys.

Bags are kept in a locked room and registered individually against a booking reference. Insurance is available at 10 MAD per bag.
Do I need to book?

Not mandatory, but recommended in high season. Booking online takes two minutes.
How late can I collect my bags?

Until 9:30 pm, seven days a week. Later than that, we can arrange a delivery.
