Terms and Conditions

    ARTICLE 10 – GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

    1. Use of Service

    The Partner acknowledges that MC CONSIGNE acts solely as a luggage storage and delivery service provider. Any use of the service outside the framework defined by this agreement is the sole responsibility of the Partner.

    2. Limited Liability

    MC CONSIGNE cannot be held responsible for:

    • Valuables (cash, jewelry, electronic devices, official documents, etc.) contained in luggage if they have not been explicitly declared before deposit.
    • Loss or damage due to force majeure (theft, fire, natural disaster, strike, general breakdown, etc.).
    • Any negligence or mishandling by the Partner or their customers.

    3. Insurance and Claims

    • All luggage entrusted to MC CONSIGNE is covered by professional liability insurance within the limits set by the insurance contract.
    • The end customer or Partner must report any claim within a maximum of 24 hours after luggage recovery. After this period, no claim will be accepted.

    4. Compliance with Legal Obligations

    The Partner undertakes not to store or transport through MC CONSIGNE any illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items under Moroccan law (weapons, narcotics, flammable products, etc.). MC CONSIGNE reserves the right to inform the competent authorities in case of suspected illegal activity.

    5. Communication and Brand Image

    The Partner undertakes to use the MC CONSIGNE logo and brand only within the framework of this collaboration and with prior written consent from MC CONSIGNE. Any unauthorized use of the name, brand, or visuals will be subject to legal action.

    6. Data Protection

    Data collected as part of the partnership execution (contact details, reservations, etc.) is processed in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.

    Each party undertakes to maintain confidentiality and not to use this data for unauthorized purposes.

    7. Non-Exclusivity

    This agreement does not imply any exclusive character. MC CONSIGNE reserves the right to establish other similar partnerships with third-party establishments.

    8. Modification of Conditions

    Any modification or amendment to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties. In case of discrepancy between versions, the most recent signed version shall prevail.

    9. Dispute Resolution

    In case of dispute, the Parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, in accordance with Article 9.
